Assassin’s Shroud Assassin Feature
You cause invisible shrouds to settle on your foe. At your command, the shrouds reveal the target’s weak points to your keen gaze.

Target: One enemy you can see in burst
Effect: You subject the target to your shroud. If any of your shrouds are already on the target, you subject it to an additional shroud, up to a maximum of four. The shrouds last until you use this power against a different enemy or until the end of the encounter.
Before you make an attack roll against the target, you choose to invoke either all your shrouds on it or none of them. If you invoke your shrouds, the attack deals 1d6 + 3 damage per shroud, minus one shroud if the attack misses, and all your shrouds then vanish from the target. This damage roll never benefits from bonuses to damage rolls, and is in addition to the attack’s damage, if any.
Special: You can use this power only on your turn and only once per turn.
Shadow Step Assassin Feature
You vanish into the shadow energy around one creature and then step out of it near another creature.

DESCRIPTION
Dressed in dark clothes with a panoply of designs related to death, this tall, lithe figure has long silver hair, and an ashen face like a death’s head mask. His sunken eyes are little more than black orbs with a piercing red pinpoint of light in place of pupils. His fingers end in long black talons, and he bears a massive blade sheathed across his back.
BACKGROUND
Vincent doesn’t speak about his past, saying only that he hails from the north. He discourages questions by remaining silent when asked about himself. He claims to have come to Kya specifically to join the treasure hunting expedition to Iso’Latarin.
PERSONALITY
Taciturn and saturnine, his only interest appears to be the objective. He gives the impression that only thing preventing him from slaying his companions or leaving them behind is their competence at their role in the expedition.
